Hi, I’m Lindsey Peck

I believe the body is always working for you. Symptoms aren't failures or random occurrences. They're signals. And when we learn to listen to them rather than silence them, real healing becomes possible.

Most of the people I work with have spent years being told their labs are normal, that what they're feeling is just stress, or that managing their symptoms is the best they can hope for. What I've found, again and again, is that beneath every chronic symptom there's a root cause waiting to be uncovered. And that the path to healing almost always runs through both the body and the mind.

I became an art teacher first. Then a yoga instructor. Along the way something kept pulling me deeper into the body, into understanding not just how it moves, but why it suffers and how it heals. That curiosity led me to naturopathic medical school, where I spent four years immersed in botanical medicine, homeopathy, craniosacral therapy, pharmacology, nutrition, counseling, and mind-body medicine.

After graduating I worked as a primary care physician at integrative medicine clinics in Seattle, specializing in complex chronic illness and mental health. It was there I came to understand that no symptom exists in isolation. That the story of someone's health is inseparable from the story of their life.

I stepped away from the conventional clinical model I started in because I knew there was a better way to do this.

I ask questions that most doctors never ask. About your childhood, your patterns, your relationships, the moments in your life that shaped you. Because in my experience, the story of your health and the story of your life are the same story.

I see us as a team. You are the expert on your own experience and I am here to help you make sense of it. We figure it out together.

Sessions with me feel like coming to see an old friend. Someone who truly sees you, takes you seriously, and isn't in a rush to move on to the next thing. Because at the end of the day, this is the kind of care I'd want if I were you.

If anything here resonates, I'd love to connect. Whether you're ready to book or just have questions, the best place to start is a free 30-minute discovery call. We'll talk, see if it feels like a good fit, and go from there.
